Deliveries and Daily Chores
NPC order boards, reward types, chores, and how to rank deliveries during normal and bonus weeks.
Deliveries are NPC orders on your board: hand over items, receive coins, flowers, seasonal tickets, or mixed rewards. Chores are lighter daily tasks — often tied to Pete, seasonal NPCs, or chapter scripts. Together they structure what to craft each day.
Delivery board basics
Each slot lists required items and quantities, a reward, and sometimes a timer or reroll option. Requirements pull from crops, cooked food, fish, crafted goods, and event items. Manager aggregates NPC tables on Deliveries info with average reward, cost, and profit columns using live P2P where applicable.
Open Deliveries info before crafting. Guessing the "best" meal without numbers wastes stock (Stock limits). On Double Delivery days, enable delivery alerts in the extension with the game tab open.
Reward types
| Reward | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Coins | Crafting, expansions, tools |
| Flowers (in-game) | Selected shops and sinks |
| Seasonal tickets | Chapter track progress (Chapter race) |
| Mixed bundles | Event weeks — read each line |
In FLOWER columns on Manager translate ticket or bundle value into token terms — compare to gem opportunities before hard committing a day (Wallets & tokens).
Ranking orders (simple framework)
- Cannot fulfill — ignore until ingredients exist; do not P2P buy unless profit margin clears P2P calc.
- Event multipliers active — prioritize ticket or coin bonuses (Seasons calendar).
- Uses surplus stock — clear caps with positive profit.
- Needs rare crafts — batch only if XP or quest also needs them (Cooking XP).
During double delivery, shift margin thresholds — acceptable orders with +100% payout can include items you would skip normally.
Chores vs deliveries
Chores are short checklist actions: talk to an NPC, plant X, catch Y. They unlock quests, streak rewards, and chapter pacing. Track narrative steps on Quests info when Pete or seasonal characters gate buildings.
Suggested daily open sequence:
- Complete chores (fast XP and unlocks).
- Reroll or accept deliveries matching inventory.
- Start crafts for tomorrow's board.
- Spend remaining time on expansion or skills.
Pumpkin Pete and quest chains
Early progression is chore-heavy. Pete teaches systems that deliveries assume you know — stock, tools, basic cooking. Do not skip his chain to grind coins; you will re-learn painfully at higher tiers (Beginner path).
Preparation and stock discipline
Maintain a delivery pantry — cooked meals, fish, eggs, honey — sized to two days of orders without maxing storage. Sync pantry items with:
- Cooking info for batch sizes
- Fishing guide for fillets
- Animals guide for dairy and eggs
Factions and team goals
Some chapters ask factions to collectively deliver categories of goods (Factions util). Coordinate without sacrificing solo bumpkin gates — partial credit beats zero, but not at the cost of expansion levels (Expansion info).
Using land search
Paste your farm ID on home to compare on-hand inventory to today's board before logging off. Alt accounts and purchased farms benefit the same way — catch listing lies early.
Common mistakes
Rerolling blindly burns gems or coins without improving expected value.
Completing low-profit orders during normal weeks while ignoring XP cooking needs.
Forgetting ticket deadlines — unredeemed chapter track tiers expire when seasons turn (Chapter race).
Next step
Convert surplus goods to FLOWER via Marketplace, or push ticket totals inside Chapter race.
